    From solo practices to elite DSOs and groups, we take care of all your onboarding and training so you don't have to.  What's more, we understand that each and every practice is different, enabling us to tailor your onboarding and training to match your requirements and needs.

    SAFE & SECURE SERVER CONNECTION

    We value data security, and privacy, which is demonstrated through our  HIPPA and PIPEDA certifications. That way you are confident that your patient information is safe.  We do this during your first set-up appointment, which usually takes 30 minutes.

    ACCOUNT CONFIGURATION & SET UP

    Once we are connected to your server, we'll begin to configure your account and set up your users. With our dental expertise in-house, we observe all your data and platforms and configure them to work with RecallMax®, and begin to build out your toolbar.

    YOU GIVE US THE GREEN LIGHT

    When the build is complete, we'll send over a document and ask you to review your message design, verbiage, sending cadence, and a few settings. This will ensure that RecallMax® is tailored to you. Once you're happy with your configuration we give you the opportunity to ask any questions and provide the with the install link to install the toolbar. Then it's onto the fun stuff - training and going live.

    Kickstart Training Session

    Your Kickstart training session will take you and your team through the fundamentals of RecallMax®, so from day one you are geared up to maximize use of the software. These sessions will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions.

    Kick Start Training Session

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    How long is the kick start training session? It’s one hour long.
    When should I turn off current services? You will want services with your current provider turned off the day before your Kickstart training so that you can begin with RecallMax® right after the session.
    When does my messaging/toolbar start running? Your Toolbar and messaging will launch at the end of your Kickstart training session. 
    Can we access the toolbar before training? No, toolbars are not finished being built until right before training. 
    Can I make changes after go live? Changes can be made with our support team at any time once you’re live with RecallMax®. Your initial launch is just that; afterward, you can continue to customize.
    After set up, what can I expect? We will do everything on our end. We will configure and build your account out. Within a business day, the team will receive an Onboarding Document that will show you what all the default messaging looks like with your branding and logos. You have the ability to customize this before your launch.  Next, you’ll have a five-to-ten-minute phone call with our team where we will validate everything, confirm things like your recall dates, confirmation status and appointment types. The day of your training, you’ll be able to join our Kickstart five minutes before, get up and running on Zoom, and then watch a one hour live Webinar to ask questions, learn all about the features and engage with a trainer. At the end of the session, your toolbar will go live and your messaging will turn on!
